This book was informative to me as a total newbie in investing. It was a quick and easy read. It did not give me enough info to actually start investing, but it did give me some confidence and knowledge for reading more. It addresses the basic types of investments you can make. There is not much detail though- it's only 30ish pages. I would have liked more practical guidance for how to start an investment, like trustworthy banks or choosing an advisor or broker. There are some helpful links though, which led me to good articles where I was able to get more info. I think this is a good starter pamphlet and informative considering its very short length.
